Due to the entry into force of the european data protection general regulation (GDPR), my consent is required for the processing of my above-mentioned personal data (hereinafter "my data"). I agree, that the travel agent may use my data for travel-related purposes (in accordance with clause 4).

I am aware that I can revoke or restrict this consent in whole or in part. I can also request the disclosure of my data, their correction or deletion, provided that this does not prove as unnecessary or only involves a disproportionate effort.
3. Responsibility and information about the use of my data
Responsible within the meaning of the law is the travel agency with the contact details given here. I am aware that I can contact the controller with all questions relating to the processing of my data.
4. Use
With the provision of my data, I agree that in future travel recommendations and travel information can be sent to me by the travel agency (by letter, e-mail, by phone or by online media). My data can be used until I withdraw or limit my consent.
5. Data security
According to the state of the art, data security is guaranteed to me by Globetrotter Erlebnis GmbH. The controller would report breaches of the protection of my data to the competent supervisory authority.
I will be informed by handing over a carbon copy or copy of this declaration or electronically about my rights in connection with the provision of my data and about my rights against possible misuse.
