In the individual tour offers and in our fast-finder you can find free places without first having to book. Should no free tours be displayed, please change the period or reduce the number of places required. If your requested tour date is not displayed, it is already fully booked. On public holidays and between Christmas and New Year's Eve, there are no guided tours.

In Stade guided tours for groups are available from Monday to Friday at 10:00 or 14:00. Individual appointments by arrangement possible.
In Stade tours are only available for business visitors, not for leisure groups.

In Hamburg a maximum of only 25 participants is possible per tour guide. In Stade and Bremen a maximum of 20 participants is possible. Should your group consist of more than 20/15 persons, then the participants will be divided into several tour groups. Depending on circumstances on the day the tours can be either in parallel or staggered. In the case of small groups or single reservations we reserve the right to add additional participants to the group. If you would like to have an exclusive group you can request this.
Booking several part-groups/tours
When a booking is made for several part-groups you can request different starting times from us. We will check this depending on the daily situation and tour types.
For reservations of more than 20/25 places on guided tours for individual guests we always recommend first booking 20/25 places on one tour and then additional places. Thus you have the advantage that only on one tour are other guests booked.
Exclusive groups
You have the possibility to book a guided tour as an Exclusive Group. Then you can pay a flat rate for the maximum allowed number of participants for that tour. Your tour will not be filled with other people and you remain alone with your participants. Verified price reductions will be taken into account.
Please note that in Hamburg, when using our tour bus, two groups of 25 are guided together in the tour bus but separately at the exits. If you want to be guided here without other guests, you would have to book 2 groups or bring a separate vehicle. However, the introduction usually takes place together in the first hall.

Note that for the reduced rates a verification will be carried out and in its absence the normal price is to be paid.

School Classes Tour in Hamburg
Before the tour we need a complete class list stamped by the school with date of birth. We need the exemption from liability for each pupil. Minimum age: as an exception not 14 years but 4. Class up to 9. Class. An accompanying adult must be present for every 12 children. (Subject to change). Duration approximately 2-2.5 hours
Note on the A380
The A380 will be in service for many years to come. Airbus has delivered the last A380 in 2021, which means that you will not normally see an A380 on the tour. In addition to the aircraft of the "Single Aisle" families, we also endeavour to show our guests the production of the "Wide-Body" aircraft A330, A350 or the former production facilities of the A380). We expressly reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary and tour points.

Transport during guided tours for individual guests in Hamburg
The tours in Hamburg for individual guests are a combination of bus (Globetrotter tour bus) on the premises and walking. There are also stairs along the way. Depending on the tour the walking distance varies between 1-2 km.

The tours for groups in Hamburg are a combination of bus and walking. There are also stairs to be climbed. The distance varies depending on tour between 1-2 km. The regular Tour is including our Tour Bus.
You can hire a bus or minibus from Globetrotter or provide your own bus with driver. In addition to your guests there must also be space for the driver who cannot participate in the tour and has to stay with his vehicle during the tour, also we need a space for a tourguide and a security officer per Group.
As a guideline, we can provide you with a minibus with driver for € 175,- or a coach from €300,- incl. VAT (subject to availability and seasonal variations)

Please make sure you bring your original valid passport or child passport as otherwise you will not be allowed into the facility. Pupils/students/pensioner verification is necessary to check and receive the discount. Driving licenses or other documents or copies are not accepted for entering the site. It is also not possible to access with E-ID (electronic ID cards). The same applies to refugee passports or electronic residence permits without an additional valid passport.
You can find detailed directions under the respective location (Hamburg, Bremen, Stade). If necessary we will be pleased to send you the instructions separately. In case of a booking you will receive the directions with the voucher shortly before your visit.

Finkenwerder and the Elbe tunnel are subject to significant traffic congestion. Please allow sufficient time for your arrival!
Pay attention to the current traffic reports. The construction work in front of and behind the Elbe tunnel can lead to considerable delays. Take this into account when planning your trip.
By car:
From the motorway A7, exit Waltershof, direction Finkenwerder, there follow the signs to Airbus Operations GmbH. A visitors car park is in the vicinity of the Airbus site. Follow the sign "Visitor Parking/Nesstor2 ", then the sign "Guests ". This is located on the road Neßumfahrung, about 10 minutes walk from the main gate (the works bus does not bring you to the check-in! ). You will receive a coin to exit the gate to the car park.
By Coach:
Please note that outside the premises in Finkenwerder there is no official parking for coaches in case the driver wants to join the tour. As an alternative (required on Saturdays) the bus can take the group into the site and park there. The driver must then stay with the bus until the end of the tour and take the group off the site. On Saturdays a dedicated/rented coach for the group is essential. Please ensure that at stop in front of the entrance gate your passengers use the pavements and official crossings and do not walk on the roads.
By train/bus:
From Hamburg-Altona railway station by taxi, or by bus 150 (direction Cranz) to Finkenwerder, stop "Airbus" an alternative is also "Airbus Kehre" outside the entrance (journey time 45 minutes). For more information about the ferries, bus and train see www.hvv.de. The ferry link to Airbus pier is reserved exclusively for the Airbus employees, therefore you cannot use the harbour ferry line 68! There is an occasional indirect bus from Ruschpark pier (ferry 64) to Airbus East Gate. The bus 150 goes from Finkenwerder ferry pier.

Leave the highway at exit “Bremen-Arsten” (56) onto the feeder road (B6) into the direction of the airport (passes into “Neuenlander Straße”). Follow this road for approx. 5 km. Exit “Bremen-Überseestadt” (18) onto the feeder road “Freihäfen” (B6). Follow this road for approx. 6 km (the street passes into “Oldenburger Straße” after approx. 3 km). Take the exit “Bremen-Airportstadt” and follow this road onto highway A281. Exit “Bremen-Airportstadt” (7), turn right at the traffic lights and left at the next traffic lights into “Airbus-Allee” (direction Airbus). Drive straight on to the Airbus main entrance (visitors’ reception).
Federal Road B75 coming from Delmenhorst
Leave “Oldenburger Straße” (B75) at the exit “Bremen-Airportstadt”. Turn left and pass under the road overpass. Follow this road onto highway A281. Exit “Bremen-Airportstadt” (7), turn right at the traffic lights and left at the next traffic lights into “Airbus-Allee” (direction Airbus). Drive straight on to the Airbus main entrance (visitors’ reception).
Arrival by train
Leave the station concourse in the direction of the city and you will find public transport stops on the left of the forecourt. You can only buy tickets at the ticket dispensers and not from the driver. Take the line 6 tram heading to ”Flughafen/Airport” and disembark at “Flughafen/Airport”. Cross the adjoining park until you arrive at “Airbus-Allee”. Turn right onto this street and follow the road straight on to the Airbus main entrance (visitors’ reception).

The Airbus site tours in Hamburg-Finkenwerder start in the office of Globetrotter travel agency in the Airbus "Periport", turn left from the main gate (East Gate), Kreetslag 7, 21129 Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Please send us a complete list of participants with first and last name, nationality, date of birth and place of birth without being asked, at the latest 14 days before the start of the event. Please enter the data directly on our secure internet site. This data will only be used for Airbus access control and plant security and will be deleted after 2 years. Please note the minimum age and the rules for discounts. You will receive the link to enter with the confirmation.
Payment for our factory tours is required prior to departure. This is due 14 days before, for short term bookings immediately.
There is the convenient and fast payment in Paypal, for this you should be directed to the payment program after the online booking or receive a link from us.
If the payment is not made through Paypal, you must transfer the amount until 14 days before the tour: Bank details: account number: 609904040 at Hypovereinsbank, bank code 200 300 00, account holder: Globetrotter Erlebnis GmbH, IBAN: DE 04 2003 0000 0609 9040 40, BIC/Swift: HYVEDEMM300. Please be sure to include the booking number.
If the payment for a guided tour in Hamburg is not possible due to a very short term booking via the bank, you will have to pay cash or by card (Giro Card, Mastercard, Visacard) at the check in. This is also the case if we could not receipt of payment.
In Bremen and Stade, payment on site is generally not possible.
We give you the opportunity to change the number of people up to 14 days before the tour. An increase in the number of persons after the booking confirmation should immediately be confirmed with us because this is not always possible. After 14 days changes are not usually possible. Note that only previously registered and confirmed places before the 14 days deadline can be made available. Name changes (substitutes) in the period from 14 - 7 days before the tour are possible. We will close the lists of names and send them to the site 7 days before the tour. In the case of changes please enter the changes in our customer area on the website.
Up to 14 days before the tour you can cancel free. In the case of later cancellation or part-cancellation 100% of the fees are due. For groups of 40 persons or more, the deadline for free complete cancellation is 4 weeks before the tour. From 14 days before the tour, the full fee for all those who are registered will be due. In case of no-shows, sickness, short-term cancellation or missing and/or invalid identity documents or missing participant data, the full amount is due per person
The tours take place on the site. You will be exposed to weather between the production halls. The guided tours take place throughout the year and in any weather, so we ask you to wear appropriate clothing. Please consider all-weather clothing for rain and wind. In the summer we recommend a hat and suggest you take a bottle of water on the tour. For the visit you need sturdy shoes (i.e. closed shoes, no sandals or flip flops). At some locations, safety overshoes and bump caps will be handed out and must be worn.
