Information on online dispute resolution

In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EU, the EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (‘ODR platform’). Consumers can use the ODR platform to obtain free assistance for submitting a consumer complaint regarding an online purchase contract or online service contract as well as information about the procedures at the consumer arbitration boards in the European Union.
